Big manufacturers and distributors can leverage large-scale fully automated solutions to keep up with the eCommerce-driven demand for each picking. Small operations however, are left trying to meet the demands of each picking by scaling up on labor – a solution which is becoming less and less feasible as the labor pool shrinks. Luckily new robotic solutions are providing these operations with more options.
