Supply chain operations have had to adjust immensely with a rise in e-commerce. The last leg, or last 50-feet, is one area that has seen a lot of focus and innovation as companies try to adjust to delivery demands. However, as seen at the start of the pandemic, there can be issues with the beginning of the supply chain as well. Building relationships with suppliers can add resiliency and help prepare for future issues.
