3LP achieves productivity increase and cost saving

3LP, one of the largest logistics centers in the CEE region, offering automated outsourcing of logistics services to customers from the e-Commerce channel, runs on LVS, the state-of-the-art WMS by Mantis. This case study presents how 3LP achieved a 31% increase in employee productivity, 21% decrease of cost per order line and 99,9% quality levels.
